ASA WPC Exterior Wall Cladding | UV Stable, 30-Year Outdoor Performance
The surface is what makes this panel different from standard WPC.
Most composite cladding on the market uses a polyethylene outer layer. PE works well enough indoors or in covered applications, but put it on a south-facing wall in Australia, Southern Europe, or the Middle East and within a few years you're looking at color shift and surface chalking. It's not a defect - it's just what PE does under sustained UV load.
ASA behaves differently. The UV resistance is structural to the polymer, not dependent on additive packages that diminish over time. Both faces of this panel are co-extruded with ASA during production - permanently fused to the WPC core, not laminated or coated on afterward. The surface that comes out of the factory is the surface that's still there in year twenty-five.
That's the basis for the 30-year outdoor service life warranty.
Core and Construction
Behind the ASA surface is a wood fiber and HDPE composite core - dense, rigid, and fully moisture resistant. The panel doesn't absorb water at the face, at cut edges, or through the core body. No swelling at joints. No moisture-driven dimensional movement over time. No entry point for insects or pest activity.
The internal geometry is a reinforced hollow section - stiff enough for exterior wall applications under wind load, light enough to handle and install without mechanical lifting on standard residential elevations.
B1 fire rating applies across all six profile sizes.

Installation
Hidden fastener clips engage grooves on both long edges of each board. Nothing goes through the panel face - the finished wall is completely clear of visible fixings. Installs over timber batten, steel stud, or aluminium rail subframe. Standard circular saw for on-site cutting. Trim profile accessories for corners, edges, and junctions.
