Solid wood and MDF wall panels look good at installation - but they absorb moisture, swell at joints, and require regular refinishing. In commercial environments or high-humidity rooms, the service life rarely matches the upfront investment.
The Bamboo Fiber WPC Flat Panel was developed to solve exactly this: the visual warmth of natural wood grain, without the maintenance liabilities.
What Makes This Panel Different
The core is built from bamboo charcoal fiber - a denser, more dimensionally stable substrate than standard wood powder composites. The surface is processed through a 7-layer lamination system including an excimer stain-resistant layer, PUR bonding layer, and high-strength crystal co-extruded outer layers. The result is a panel that resists scratching, staining, and edge delamination under normal interior use.
Both front-bend and back-bend forming are supported, allowing this panel to wrap curved walls and column features without additional fabrication.

Installation Overview
Panels are installed using structural adhesive, mechanical clips, or a frame-mounted system depending on substrate condition. Lightweight construction (5 mm / 8 mm thickness) significantly reduces wall load and speeds up installation on large-scale fit-outs. Compatible trim accessories for internal corners, external corners, and edge finishing are available as a complete system.
