UV Board Production Process

The UV board production process utilizes sophisticated and advanced technology to ensure a high-quality surface finish and durability. The following are the main steps involved in the production process:

1.Substrate Preparation
First, select a high-quality substrate, typically MDF (medium-density fiberboard) or PVC. Clean and sand the substrate surface to ensure smoothness and good adhesion.

2.Primer Application
Apply an even layer of primer to the board surface. This step helps seal the surface and improves the adhesion of the UV coating.

3.Drying
The primed board passes through a drying system to ensure it is fully cured before the UV coating is applied.

4.UV Coating Application
A layer of UV-curable paint or resin is applied to the board surface. This coating can create a high-gloss or matte finish, depending on the desired effect.

5.UV Curing
The primed board is placed in a dedicated curing machine and exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. This process instantly hardens the coating, creating a smooth, scratch-resistant, and durable surface.

6.Polishing and Inspection
After curing, the surface is polished to enhance its gloss and uniformity. The sheets are then inspected for quality, including color consistency, gloss, and surface smoothness.

7.Cutting and Packaging
The final UV sheets are cut to the required size and carefully packaged for storage or shipping.
