It's easy to cut. UV boards can be cut with ordinary woodworking saw blades without the need for water jets or professional equipment. On-site, it can be precisely adjusted according to the actual size, with minimal waste of scraps. It can also handle irregular parts with ease.
The installation method is flexible. When the wall surface is smooth, directly apply structural adhesive for bonding. It will cure in 24 hours and the next process can be carried out the next day. When the wall surface is uneven or a ventilation layer needs to be reserved, a dry-hanging system can be adopted. The aluminum alloy keel, in combination with special clips, ensures a stable and reliable installation.
No wet work is required. Traditional stone laying requires cement mortar, which makes the site dirty and messy and is affected by the weather. The UV board is constructed entirely by dry method, free of dust and sewage. The construction progress is not affected by low temperatures in winter or high humidity in the rainy season.
Ready to use upon installation. The UV board is odorless and non-volatile. After installation, there is no need to wait for ventilation and it can be put into use immediately. This is particularly advantageous for projects such as hotels and shopping malls that have strict requirements for opening times.
