UV-coated PVC marble sheet was engineered as a direct response: the visual result of natural stone, delivered in a lightweight rigid panel that any competent installation crew can fit efficiently.
How It's Made
Each panel starts with a PVC and calcium powder base - dense, rigid, and dimensionally stable. The surface is finished via heat transfer film or PVC film printing, producing high-definition stone grain patterns across the full board face. A UV coating layer is then applied, providing scratch resistance, surface hardness, and the characteristic depth of gloss associated with polished stone.
The result is a 2000 kg/m³ density panel that holds its form, resists moisture at the edges, and requires no ongoing surface treatment.
