Material Background
PVC marble sheet is produced by combining polyvinyl chloride with calcium powder to form a dense, rigid base substrate. Stone grain patterns are transferred onto the panel surface using heat transfer film or PVC film technology, achieving high-definition pattern resolution across the full board face. A UV coating is then applied to harden the surface, enhance gloss, and protect against daily wear.
The finished panel sits at 2000 kg/m³ density - heavier and more structurally stable than foam-core decorative boards, lighter and easier to handle than ceramic tile or natural stone slabs.
