Production Process
PU stone is manufactured using a standardized production process. First, polyurethane resin, pigments, curing agents, and other raw materials are mixed in precise proportions to initiate a curing reaction, forming a malleable material. This material is then injected into pre-treated molds using an automatic casting machine. Outdoor products utilize in-mold coating technology to ensure fine texture and color fastness, while indoor products can opt for a film coating process to improve efficiency. After physical curing, a solid semi-finished product is formed, with the entire process balancing both precision and production efficiency.
Quality inspection process
Quality control is integrated throughout the entire production process, ensuring strict control over product quality. Raw materials must meet environmental and performance standards, and finished products are inspected for texture realism, dimensional accuracy, and overall appearance to ensure there are no significant defects, deformation, or cracking. Simultaneously, core characteristics such as water resistance, wear resistance, and weather resistance are verified, and the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde is tested to ensure compliance with health and environmental requirements. Only products that pass all-around inspections proceed to the packaging stage.


Finished product stage
The qualified finished products combine texture and functionality, available in 13 colors, with black, white, and gray being the most popular. 53 models cover various forms, including regular panels and irregularly shaped components. The products have high density and are lightweight (mostly between 1.5-2.5 KG), with thicknesses ranging from 15mm to 120mm. They can be easily cut and assembled, possessing the three-dimensional texture of natural stone while overcoming the problems of traditional stone's heaviness and difficult installation. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and maintain long-term stability.
Packaging process
The products utilize customized protective packaging, primarily consisting of cardboard boxes with internal foam padding for cushioning and shock absorption to prevent damage during transportation. Each box typically contains 4-6 pieces, although some models can be adjusted to 10-20 pieces per box according to customer requirements. The packaging dimensions are standardized at 123x62x41cm, allowing for approximately 2500 sheets to be loaded into a 40-foot high cube container. Before packaging, the product model, color, and quantity are verified to ensure accurate delivery and comprehensive protection of the products during transit.
