Product Structure
The panel is built from three integrated layers produced in a single co-extrusion pass:
ASA surface layer (both faces): acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, UV-stable, weather-resistant, chemically inert. Applied to both faces simultaneously - not laminated or coated after production.
WPC composite core: wood fiber blended with HDPE and flame-retardant additives. The additive package contributes to the B1 fire classification while maintaining the structural and dimensional properties of the composite body.
Reinforced internal geometry: hollow chamber cross-section engineered to achieve the required stiffness-to-weight ratio for exterior wall applications.
All three layers are bonded during extrusion. There are no adhesive interfaces, no laminate layers, and no post-production surface treatments that could degrade fire performance over time.

Installation
Hidden fastener clips engage grooved edges on both long sides of each board. No face screws. No exposed fixings. Start clips align course one to the subframe; standard clips carry each subsequent board; connector clips join panel ends at intermediate subframe positions. The clip system accommodates thermal movement along the board length without buckling or joint separation.
