ASA co-extruded WPC is produced to consistent color specification across the full production run. Every board in a container order matches every other board. On a large commercial or multi-residential facade where visual uniformity is part of the design intent, this matters.
Shadow line profile selection also contributes to elevation character. The six available cross-sections range from slim 120 mm narrow boards to 220 mm wide planks - allowing the horizontal rhythm of the facade to be tuned to the architectural language of the building.

B1 fire rating is standard across all six profiles. Documentation is available for project submission to planning authorities and building control bodies in markets requiring fire performance evidence for exterior cladding materials.
CE certification covers the manufacturing process and product consistency. ISO 9001 quality management system governs production standards. All certifications are current and available on request.
Surface Performance Over Time
The ASA layer is co-extruded onto both panel faces during production - not applied as a post-production coating. Its UV stability is inherent to the polymer chemistry, not dependent on additive packages that reduce in effectiveness over time.
Color retention, surface texture, and gloss level remain consistent across the 30-year rated outdoor service period. No repainting. No recoating. No scheduled surface maintenance of any kind.
Contractor Installation Efficiency
Hidden fastener clips eliminate face-fixing operations entirely. No pilot holes in panel faces. No screw heads to countersink and cap. No sealant joints across the main wall area.
Installation sequence is linear and repeatable: fix subframe, install start clips at base course, engage first panel, clip and lay subsequent boards in sequence. A competent installation crew with standard tools can achieve high daily coverage rates on straightforward elevations. Panels cut cleanly with circular saw equipment on site.
Trim profile accessories - starter trim, top edge cap, external corner, internal corner - complete the system at junctions and terminations.
