This 220mm×25mm ASA co-extruded exterior wall panel is manufactured by double-layer co-extrusion process. The top layer is high weather-resistant ASA resin, bonded tightly with composite core material. Unlike normal UV coated or PVC film cladding, the ASA co-extruded layer will not peel off. It provides outstanding UV protection, resisting color fading and chalking under long-time sunlight exposure. The panel is waterproof, moisture-proof, mould-proof and insect resistant, with low thermal expansion rate, no easy warping or cracking. It adopts clip-on dry installation without glue, saving construction time. Formaldehyde-free, realistic wood grain and multiple color options available.
