Material Composition & Environmental Features
The panels have a three-tier structure: a flexible PVC-bamboo powder inner core, a strengthened crust layer, and a 0.4mm ASA co-extrusion surface. The ASA copolymer surface ensures exceptional UV protection and color fastness. All raw materials are virgin-grade, containing no harmful substances such as formaldehyde or heavy metals. The product complies with national E0 emission standards and EU environmental regulations, with added modifiers boosting its toughness and impact resistance.

Production Process & Quality Control
The key manufacturing method is co-extrusion, where ASA and core materials are melted in separate extruders at controlled temperatures. The materials are then fused in a dedicated die to create a fully wrapped, seamless structure. Post-extrusion procedures include vacuum calibration, cooling, pulling and cutting. Rigorous quality checks are implemented throughout the process to eliminate flaws like poor layer adhesion and surface blemishes, guaranteeing uniform product specifications.
