Angle One: Fiber deconstruction technology
The core of bamboo fiberboard lies in the "deconstruction" of bamboo materials. Through roller pressing and grinding, bamboo is dispersed into a net-like bundle that does not break longitudinally and crisscrossing laterally, retaining the original fiber strength while eliminating natural internal stress. This process transforms bamboo from a "natural material" into an "engineering material".
Angle Two: Density and Strength
The density of the reconstituted bamboo fiberboard can reach 1.2g/cm³, approaching that of hardwood, and its bending strength is 1.5 times that of ordinary wood. By adjusting the direction of fiber arrangement, engineers can customize the force-bearing characteristics of the board in different directions - lateral load-bearing or longitudinal bending resistance, with performance far exceeding that of natural bamboo.
Angle Three: Dimensional breakthrough
Natural bamboo is limited in maximum width due to its hollow structure and bamboo nodes. Bamboo fiberboard can be made into standard large boards of 1220×2440mm or even larger sizes through recombination technology, meeting the common demand for large-sized decorative materials in modern buildings.
Angle Four: Microstructure Advantages
The bamboo fiber retains a large number of microscopic pores inside, endowing the board with natural moisture absorption capacity. It can optimize the indoor acoustic environment and humidity without additional processing, a feature that many synthetic materials find hard to match.
