1. Raw Material & Core Performance
The panel consists of high-density MDF core (0.5-0.8g/cm³ density, 12/15/18mm thickness) and 9/12mm polyester fiber sound-absorbing felt, with melamine paper, wood veneer or PVC film as surface finish. The MDF core is smooth, easy to process and meets E0 environmental standard, with formaldehyde emission as low as 0.05mg/L. Polyester fiber felt achieves a sound absorption coefficient of over 0.9 in 125~4000HZ, and the whole panel has B1 fire resistance, moisture resistance and scratch resistance, no deformation in normal indoor use.
2. Production Craft & Product Specification
Adopting automatic computer-controlled production, the craft includes raw material cutting, automatic nailing, manual polishing and precision quality inspection, with tolerance controlled within ±1mm for width/length and 0.2mm for height. Standard finished sizes are 240060021mm and 300060021mm (customizable), groove spacing is 13/15mm. We offer solid wood strip grid and PS foam grid types, with polyester fiber weight of 4-5kg. The panel is processed with fine edge trimming and seamless splicing design, ensuring uniform product quality and diverse modeling options.
3. Application Scenarios & Installation
Suitable for all indoor sound-absorbing and decorative needs, including home background walls, office meeting rooms, KTVs, cinemas, studios, hotels and indoor stadiums, applicable for wall decoration, ceiling and partition walls. It supports two installation methods: direct adhesive on smooth rough walls and keel fixation, with standardized modular design for quick construction-100㎡ wall can be installed in 1-2 days. No complex processing is needed, it can be cut freely with a utility knife, and daily maintenance only requires vacuuming or dusting.
4. Packaging & Company Strength
We adopt pallet or carton packaging, with no more than 100 panels per carton; a 20-foot container holds 640 panels, and a 40-foot high cube container loads 1450 panels, packaged with anti-collision materials to avoid transportation damage.
